Invasion is the infiltration of nature in the everydaylife of the informal settlemets.
The hills are currently ignored by not being integrated into daily life. For this reason the project proposes to perforate the block creating a new space between the houses, improving the quality of these.
These spaces are associated to productivity: Urban griculture. The strategy allows the inhabitants to see nature with an extra value.
These new corridors, houses the current dynamics of the local neighborhoods, improving the spatial quality.
Invasion proposes a new substructure overlying the existing structure, an implant: “Replace tissues or organs with one that works (biological or artificial, according to the particular situation ) “ * .

5. Completition of the house fase 3
The urban intervention proposes to remove the rear part of the houses. The area is transformed in a new axis of public space. To replace the area removed, the houses are reinforced so they can receive an extra floor.
The element that gives shape to this new space is a light steel structure that contains a system of vertical gardens which simultaneously shapes the space and gives the opportunity for housing progressively grow in the future.
